My name is Ryan Withrow and I’m the Vice President of Telecommunications at the Healthy Back Institute. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and $500,000,000+ in direct sales, I oversee all areas of inbound and outbound sales, on-boarding, training, maintenance and optimization. A natural self-motivator, I also strive to inspire a team to achieve performance goals and productivity metrics.

Position Summary

This is an exciting, contracted (1099), virtual work from home position with all the freedoms and enjoyment you're looking for! As our next Inbound and Outbound Phone Sales Representative you will:

  • Call new and existing customers in an effort to sell additional products, up-sell, cross-sell, as well as follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.  Are our customers getting the results they're looking for?
  • Practice ethical sales tactics to establish a strong, personal relationship with each customer. Are they getting the products they need? Do they know what they need? It's your job to discover their goals and provide them with the best supplements, products or services that meet their unique needs.
  • Capture data from potential and existing customers. This requires proficient computer skills, a reliable computer, strong internet connection and headset (headset can be provided).
  • Adhere to custom sales scripts when calling both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for understanding and logging information into the RCRM (Customer Relationship Management ) System.
  • Undergo intense, enthusiastic, training with Ryan including; Sales 101, Advanced Sales Techniques, Product Knowledge, FAQs, Objection Handling and Problem Solving.
  • Exercise effective communication skills while maintaining an Upbeat, Positive and Can-Do Attitude! Methods of communication include Phone and Email.
  • Proactively inspire yourself to conquer the entire customer experience, from initial call to satisfying returning customers.
  • You must be a self-motivator, a go-getter and be willing to put full-time, dedicated work into the position.
  • Be the "Voice of the Customer," by identifying their goals and needs and becoming advocates for each customer.


The Successful Candidate Must Have These Attributes / Skills / Knowledge: 

  • Ability and drive to really listen to customers with curiosity, attentiveness and compassion.
  • Excellent English skills: reading, writing and speaking.
  • Proven track record of Telemarketing Sales experience (3 Years Minimum)
  • Must be kind, friendly and genuinely love interacting with and helping others.
  • Motivated self starter and proactive communicator.
  • Goal oriented, striving to surpass industry standards.
  • Rewards will be given for those who meet desired metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, always behaving in a positive and professional manner.
  • Keeps their cool! A calming, compassionate presence remains firmly in place, even when things get a little hectic.

We want a phone sales agent who refuses to just do the "status quo" when it comes to the customer experience. You must always strive to go above and beyond what's expected. And anything you do must have a positive emotional impact on the receiver. 

We are not your average company, our products and services are certainly not average, and we don't want our inbound and outbound sales representatives to be average. We expect every team member to deliver exceptional service.


The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have:

  • Prior experience with CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) Tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working remotely and with virtual teams

     

Compensation: Will vary based on experience level and qualifications.  Range: $25,000 - $33,000 + Commission and Bonus Opportunities


I personally built my business on three core values: HONESTY, CLARITY and TRANSPARENCY. It is imperative that the sales representative we choose is comfortable enough to ensure that both the agent and the customer feel that the conversation was honest, clear and transparent.
