The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our campaigns, tools, and backend workflows—while also owning the coordination and documentation of our CRO testing program.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, takes ownership of details, and keeps cross-functional teams organized and aligned. Your primary focus will be marketing operations and administrative support (e.g., ticketing, QA, calendar management, content tracking). You’ll also be responsible for owning CRO processes, including test documentation, ticket creation, and performance reporting.

You’ll help support the implementation of new platforms like Buyist—coordinating assets, timelines, and QA—without owning the tool itself.

Who You Are:

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident managing timelines, QA checklists, and ticket flows
  • A great communicator who keeps teams in sync and tasks moving
  • Familiar with digital marketing funnels and direct response principles
  • Curious about testing and optimization, but grounded in systems and execution
  • Energized by helping high-functioning teams run smoothly

What You Have:

  • 1–2+ years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or CRO support (DTC/eCommerce preferred)
  • Experience owning project tickets end-to-end—especially in Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for campaign tracking, KPI summaries, and reporting
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
  • Strong QA experience across emails, landing pages, or sales funnels
  • Clear written communication and reliable follow-through in remote settings
  • Bonus: Experience supporting implementation workflows for tools like Buyist, Shopify, Rebuy, or Tapcart

What You’ll Get To Do:

Marketing Operations & Admin Support:

  • Own ticketing workflows across creative, tech, and marketing
  • Track timelines, update calendars, and maintain campaign documentation
  • QA assets before deployment and manage cross-functional approvals
  • Upload and tag videos in Wistia; maintain funnel version control and content libraries
  • Coordinate tasks and communication with external agencies as needed
  • Keep internal docs and asset trackers clean, accurate, and up to date

CRO Process Ownership:

  • Own the coordination of CRO testing workflows—including timelines, QA, documentation, and performance tracking—while also holding marketers accountable for submitting thorough and actionable test briefs.
  • Maintain a centralized CRO test plan with documented KPIs and outcomes
  • Write test tickets, manage progress, and support QA through launch
  • Pull and summarize performance data; track impact on metrics like CVR, AOV, and LTV
  • Coordinate post-test implementation of winning variants

Tool Implementation Support (e.g., Buyist):

  • Support the coordination of workflows tied to the rollout of tools like Buyist
  • Ensure assets are collected, tickets are created, and QA is completed
  • Partner with team leads to help keep platform-related tasks on track
