We are seeking a highly talented CRO Specialist to join our team!
The Opportunity
As a CRO Specialist at HBI, you will be responsible for supporting CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates across our digital platforms. You will play a critical role in analyzing user behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and executing data-driven optimization experiments to maximize conversion rates and drive business growth. This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of user psychology. You will be partnering with the Lead CRO Specialist and marketing team to support the CRO processes and driving efficiency within the CRO department.
This is a Full-Time Salary W-2 role, reporting to the Director of Customer Acquisition. You will be an important member of the Marketing Team at HBI.
Who You Are
We're looking for a collaborative, results-oriented CRO Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our CRO department by executing strategies aiming to improve conversion rates across our digital platforms. Our ideal candidate must have a robust willingness to learn, support, and actively participate in the growth of the business while taking an iterative approach to optimization continuously taking test results and data into account while formulating new tests.
What You Have
- Proven experience (ideally three years in a CRO position) in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing funnels.
- 3+ years experience managing and optimizing an eCommerce or direct-to-consumer websites (i.e., content, deliverability, testing, and data)
- Experience with VSL Funnels is highly preferred
- Experience working in a high-growth environment.
- Proficient with data analysis and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Conduct comprehensive conversion rate audits, analyzing user journeys, landing pages, and key conversion points.
- Create online sales funnels through record creation and management and keep funnels up to date with new wins.
- Perform split tests and determine which portions of the marketing funnels need optimization while understanding different funnel types and when to use them for the most effectiveness.
- Utilize data analysis and user research to identify barriers to conversion and develop actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Lead CRO Specialist and cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, design, and development, to support optimization strategies.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and drive the front-end sales process.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to both implement meaningful tests and appropriately call winners, providing regular reports (initial, quarterly, and monthly) and recommendations to stakeholders
- Create data spreadsheets and use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
