We are looking for a results-driven and highly analytical Facebook / Google Paid Media Buyer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social and search advertising, with a proven track record of delivering scale at strict ROAS targets across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns through a variety of direct response funnels and traditional E-Commerce strategies!

What you will do:

  • Experience developing, executing, and optimizing large-scale DTC paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for creative optimization.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, ad placements, and targeting options to achieve ROAS targets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Conversion Rate Optimization teams.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to ensure our clients leverage the latest best practices.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports to internal stakeholders on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns at minimum $1M/mo budgets.
  • Strong understanding of paid social and search advertising best practices and strategies.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in other ad platforms is a plus e.g. Tiktok, Native Ads, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to drive campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
