We seek a Senior Manager/Director of Customer Marketing!
As our Senior Manager/Director of Customer Marketing, you will help us reach our mission by driving profitable sales growth in multiple backend sales channels. You will focus on crafting the customer experience, optimizing our CRM database, and running marketing campaigns to drive LTV and customer retention, creating raving fans of our customers.
FOCUS AREAS
THE ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer lifecycle by partnering cross-functionally to increase customer retention and lifetime value. You will identify the right combination of strategies, tactics, triggers, and channels across different customer journey phases, designing, planning, and driving back-end monetization through effective customer marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, education, and new product releases.
THE TEAM
With three direct reports, this team is responsible for engaging with customers from the point of sale throughout the rest of the lifecycle, owning back-end monetization and marketing communications to match products with our customer's needs effectively.
Cross-functionally, the Customer Marketing Team works with the Customer Acquisition, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Customer Service teams to bring our strategies to life. We work closely with the rest of the organization to drive new product and partner launches, product engagement, and adoption.
